Tomato & Scotch Bonnet Sauce

The blend of tomato and scotch bonnet chillies gives this sauce a superbly rounded flavour. First you taste the tomato and then, gradually comes the distinctive flavour and heat of the scotch bonnets. It's not quite as brutal as our "Old Nick's" Scotch Bonnet Sauce but is rapidly becoming a favourite with chilli fanatics.

Tomato, Scotch Bonnets, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, salt.
